The ATP project has submitted the first reports on Arctic marine tipping points, thresholds, algae genetic and 1D sensitivity tests of the SINMOD model.

The reports are not available to the public, but are submitted to the EU and are available to the ATP team. In case some of the information is of interest to scientists they can contact the ATP team members mentioned in parentheses in order to discuss access to information.

  • Report on Experimentally-determined Temperature Thresholds and Tipping Points for Pelagic Community Metabolism (Carlos M. Duarte; carlosduarte@imedea.uib-csic.es)
  • Report on experimentally determined temperature thresholds and tipping points for zooplankton respiration and excretion rates and relevant (metabolic) processes (Carlos M. Duarte; carlosduarte@imedea.uib-csic.es)
  • Report on cDNA collections from shipboard experiments for use in studies of gene expression (SAGE and/or qPCR) in comparison with laboratory-controlled experiments for a major bloom forming diatom(s) (Chaetoceros sp., Thalassiosira sp.) (Gareth Pearson; gpearson@ualg.pt)
  • Revised SINMOD model and results from 1D sensitivity tests (Dag Slagstad; Dag.Slagstad@sintef.no)
